Renovation, author's supervision, final cleaning, key handover. Strict compliance with quiet hours (weekdays 9:00–13:00, 15:00–19:00).

Legal & Bureaucratic Support

Replanning Approval
We prepare the project and submit it to the Moscow Housing Inspectorate. Process takes 30–60 days.
Management Company (УК)
Your management company (УК) will know only one contact: our foreman. We handle all communications.
Quiet Hours & Neighbors
Noisy work is allowed on weekdays from 9:00 to 13:00 and from 15:00 to 19:00. We strictly comply. We notify neighbors in advance and clean daily.
Developer Defects
Before starting, we record all defects in an act. The developer's warranty is 5 years for the building and 3 years for engineering systems. We help you file a claim.
Transparent Payments
We work strictly under a contract governed by Russian law. Regardless of the payment method, you always receive a full set of closing documents: contract, estimate, work completion certificates, and receipts.
For Residents of Russia
Bank Transfer
In rubles to our Russian bank account. Standard payment method.
Cash
In rubles against a receipt. Possible only for small advance payments (up to 100,000 ₽).
For Non-Residents / International Clients
SWIFT Transfer
Payment in foreign currency (USD, EUR, GBP) to our Russian bank account. Takes 2–5 business days. Your bank may charge a correspondent fee.
Payment by Third Party
Payment from a Russian legal entity (employer, partner) under your contract. We prepare closing documents for the payer.
Cryptocurrency
We do not accept cryptocurrency payments directly (Federal Law No. 259-FZ, 2020). However, we offer a legal alternative: conversion through a licensed Russian exchange to rubles, then transfer to our account. This scheme is legal and transparent.
